It’s a palace fit for The King. Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s honeymoon house is on the market. The couple moved into the home following their 1966 Las Vegas wedding, when Elvis carried his new bride over the threshold singing the Hawaiian Wedding Song from his film Blue Hawaii. Although the megastar paid only $21,000 for a yearlong lease, the current listing price for the Palm Springsresidence is still a bargain at $5.9 million, down from $9.5 million in 2014.

Built in 1962 and nicknamed the “House of Tomorrow” by Look magazine for its modern design, the 5,000-square-foot residence was designed by William Krisel. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms span the interior, characterized by four circular living spaces. The stone wall in the spacious open living and dining room is warmed up by ample natural light pouring in through glass walls. A circular island in the middle of the chef’s kitchen plays into the home’s modular look, while white cabinets and a white tile countertop is further reminiscent of the 1960s vibe. The master bedroom is surrounded by glass walls overlooking the grounds, with billowing curtains offering privacy. Outside, a large swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious patio and greenery, with a tennis court and garden nearby.
