It seems John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are on the move again. In the fall of 2016, the couple purchased a limestone townhouse in Brooklyn for $6 million near Prospect Park, after selling their Los Angeles contemporary home for $8 million and Hollywood Hills home for $3.5 million. But after putting the historic Park Slope townhouse through a hefty renovation, it seems the famous couple is now looking to sell this property as well.

The 5,200-square-foot home, which was originally built in 1909, included a wood-burning fireplace, decorative mantels, molding, stained glass, and a skylight when the famous couple first purchased the property. The seven-bedroom, single-family home has been impeccably restored and includes original leaded stain-glass windows, a large chef’s kitchen with a six-burner Wolf range and custom cabinetry, heated floors, and custom motorized shades throughout the home for added privacy. The couple is listing the home for at $8 million—which is 33 percent more than what they paid. The property is listed by Corcoran agents Karen Talbott and Kyle Talbott.

Krasinski and Blunt have been in good company in their latest neighborhood, as their neighbors have included Chloë Sevigny (who recently also sold her apartment), Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, and Steve Buscemi, to name a few.
